I started investing in 1990's, bought some properties, my own flip projects, completed basement suites, and garages. Later, I bought a few income producing units, fixed and rented them. I was hooked on investing!! 

I moved to Calgary in 1998, then Airdrie in 2001 and started my family, did some more renovations/ fix and flips.  

Starting as a realtor in 2018, then started doing property management professionally. I am grateful for helping my 2 sons buying their first homes!

For 3 years, I was part of a top performing investment power team and loved it!! I learned a lot about real estate and even more about investing. 

I love helping my clients make the next move in their journey, to be able to get that first house, or next house, or to be able to help investors with their investing careers!

Investing has always been my passion, and love! Doing multi family investments, BRRR Strategies, Creative investment strategies are always running around in my head, and I enjoy sharing them with my loyal clients!! 

Recently, I decided, I can help my clients better if I added property management to my portfolio and have started my own personal branch of Property Management named Platinum Property Management with CIR Realty.
